Holger Gadorosi strengthens the friedrich30 team as a Senior Expert specializing in the strategic management of complex digitalization projects. He advises clients on navigating highly sensitive political and technological decision-making processes and assists them in establishing and leveraging sustainable networks within the fields of internal security and public administration.

Professional Career

His career is defined by his leadership in major national IT flagship projects. Serving as a freelance expert, he advised federal authorities within the remit of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community (BMI). Mr. Gadorosi held overall project responsibility for the implementation and commissioning of critical national systems, including the Police Information System (INPOL-neu), the Counter-Terrorism Database (ATD), and the Intelligence Information System (NADIS WN).

Most recently, he spearheaded the management of the "Polizei 20/20" program—the central modernization initiative for the IT architecture of the German police forces—as well as the development of the Federal Networks (NdB – Netze des Bundes).

Education

Holger Gadorosi holds a degree in Computer Science (Diplom-Informatiker). He completed his studies at the University of Stuttgart and the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
